Happy Cocooning Gas Fire Pit Tables

Happy Cocooning is a Dutch brand established in 2008, part of the same group as BonFeu and MOODZ, and one of the most established names in gas fire pit tables in Europe. The brand focuses exclusively on gas-powered outdoor fire pits, and the range has been developed around a single idea: bringing genuine warmth and atmosphere to outdoor spaces without the maintenance of wood burning.

All Happy Cocooning fire pits run on gas. There is no ash to clear, no fire to manage, and no waiting for embers to develop. Turn it on, adjust the flame height, and the fire is ready immediately. The range is available in a variety of shapes, sizes and materials to suit different outdoor spaces and furniture styles.

Why Choose a Happy Cocooning Gas Fire Pit?

A gas fire pit offers the atmosphere of a real flame without the upkeep associated with wood burning. The gas burner starts immediately and can be adjusted with a simple control knob, making it as practical for a quiet evening on the patio as for a longer outdoor gathering.

Happy Cocooning fire pits are designed to work as outdoor furniture as well as heat sources. The burner sits at the centre of a table surround, giving guests somewhere to set drinks and creating a natural focal point for outdoor seating. The result is a product that earns its place in a garden or on a terrace even when the fire is not in use.

  • Gas-powered for instant flame with no ash or fire management
  • Lava stones included as standard to enhance the flame effect
  • Compatible with propane or butane gas
  • External gas bottle arrangement on all models, with optional enclosures available
  • Available in two distinct material ranges to suit different outdoor styles

The Happy Cocooning Range

We stock three model families from the Happy Cocooning range. The Estate range uses a composite stone-look construction; the Riviera and Horizon models combine an aluminium frame with a premium acacia wood top. We also stock the Lagune 60, a compact teak-finished model.

Estate Range

The Estate range is the most substantial option in the Happy Cocooning lineup. Each model is built from high-quality composite with a natural stone-look finish, available in Oyster Beige and Travertine. The composite construction is durable, weather-resistant, and requires no annual treatment.

The Estate Round 76 (76cm diameter, 13.5kW) is the compact option in the range, well suited to smaller patios and seating areas where space is at a premium.

The Estate Square 88 (88cm square, 16.5kW) is the mid-range Estate model. Its balanced square format works particularly well with outdoor lounge seating arranged around it and delivers impressive heat output for its size.

The Estate Round 105 (105cm diameter, 16.5kW) is the largest model in the Estate range and the most commanding in scale. Its generous round profile makes a strong centrepiece for larger outdoor spaces and suits entertaining groups of four or more.

Riviera and Horizon Range

The Riviera and Horizon fire pits take a lighter, more contemporary approach. Both use a slim aluminium frame with a premium acacia wood tabletop, available in Oyster Beige and Smokey Anthracite. The acacia wood gives a warmer, more natural feel than composite, and the open aluminium frame keeps the units light and easy to reposition.

The Riviera 80 (80cm round, 8.5kW) is the compact Riviera model, well suited to smaller terraces, balconies, and outdoor lounge areas where space is limited.

The Riviera 140 (140 x 74cm oval, 8.5kW) is the larger Riviera, with an elegant oval footprint that suits a more linear seating layout or works well alongside an outdoor dining arrangement.

The Horizon 95 (95cm square, 8.5kW) shares the same aluminium and acacia wood construction with a clean square format, offering a balanced shape for terrace and lounge settings.

Accessories

A range of accessories is available to complement the Happy Cocooning fire pit and tailor the setup to your space.

Glass windscreens are available in sizes to fit each model and help protect the flame on breezier evenings while adding a refined finish to the fire pit. Gas bottle enclosures in round and square formats allow you to conceal the external gas cylinder neatly alongside the unit.

Ceramic woodlogs are available separately as an optional decorative addition. These sit alongside the lava stones that are included as standard with every Happy Cocooning fire pit, adding to the traditional fire effect.

Happy Cocooning fire pits run on LPG, either propane or butane. The gas bottle connects externally on all models. Optional gas bottle enclosures are available in round and square formats to keep the setup looking tidy.

What is included as standard with a Happy Cocooning fire pit?

Lava stones are included as standard with every Happy Cocooning fire pit. They sit around the burner to enhance the flame effect and give the appearance of a traditional fire. Ceramic wood logs are available separately as an optional decorative extra.

Can a Happy Cocooning fire pit be used for cooking?

No. Happy Cocooning gas fire pits are not designed for cooking and no cooking accessories are available for the range. Cooking accessories such as grills and plancha plates are available for wood-burning fire pits from BonFeu, MOODZ, and Firepits UK.

Are Happy Cocooning fire pits suitable for year-round outdoor use in the UK?

Yes. The Estate range uses composite, which is durable and weather-resistant with no annual treatment required. The Riviera and Horizon models use an aluminium frame with an acacia wood top, both suited to permanent outdoor installation. We recommend covering any gas fire pit during extended periods of non-use, particularly through the wetter months.
