How do I maintain the furniture I purchased from Alfresco Chic?

The care needed for your furniture can depend on the materials used. Generally, we recommend protecting outdoor furniture from harsh weather conditions where possible, and cleaning periodically with mild soap and water. More specific care instructions will be included with your product.

Are Alfresco Chic products eco-friendly?

Do the fire pits and pizza ovens come with safety instructions?

Absolutely, all our fire pits and pizza ovens come with detailed safety instructions. We strongly recommend all our customers to read and follow these instructions to ensure safe usage.

Is it safe to leave my fire pit outside all year round?

While our fire pits are designed to be weather-resistant, we recommend covering them or storing them indoors during extreme weather conditions or long periods of non-use to prolong their lifespan and keep them in top condition.

Orders & Payments

Is it safe to buy online through your website?

Absolutely. Alfresco Chic strives to provide our customers with a safe and smooth customer experience. Our site uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your information during checkout so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. How will I know you have received my order?

As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out a confirmation to the email address you provided, this just means that we've received your order and we've pre-authorised your payment method ready for your purchase.

What happens after I receive my order confirmation?

Once your order has been received, we check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your item(s) are available and can be despatched as soon as possible. Assuming your item(s) are available for shipping (usually within 2-7 business days depending on the item(s) you have ordered), we'll process the payment and prepare to ship your order. 

In the event that your item(s) are unavailable for immediate despatch (e.g. out of stock), we remove the pre-authorisation from your payment method so you won’t be charged and reach out to you via email or telephone.

I have placed my order but I have not received a confirmation email. Why?

If you recently placed your order but didn’t receive a confirmation email from us, there could be several possible reasons: 

  1. The email might have been redirected to your junk or spam folder so we would recommend checking this first.
  2. The email address you provided at checkout may have been spelled incorrectly.
  3. Your email server might have very strong spam filters that are flagging our emails as spam, preventing them from being delivered.

Why do you need my phone number?

Some of our couriers require a contact number to ensure smooth delivery of your order. Plus, if there are any issues with your order, we can contact you quickly and easily. Rest assured, we won't give your number to anyone else, it’s kept private and confidential.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Please Note: There may be additional charges for 'offshore domestic regions': the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

How long does it typically take for your products to be despatched?

We usually dispatch within 48 hours of processing your order but it can vary for different suppliers. Please refer to the product page for any specific delivery information relevant to each product / supplier.

How long does it typically take for my purchase to arrive once it’s dispatched?

Usually 2-7 business days, however, some larger items can take longer. Please refer to our product pages for any specific delivery information relevant to each product / supplier.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link to our courier's tracking page where you can follow the progress of your shipment.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on all items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team for a return authorisation and shipping instructions.

I’m not satisfied with my order, what do I do?

We strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you're not pleased with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, subject to our returns policy. Please contact our customer service for further assistance with returns.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please note, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations for orders that have already been processed or shipped.

What do I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately. We'll provide a solution which may involve replacement of the item or parts, or a full refund if necessary.

Do you offer any warranties on your products?

Yes, we do. Most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Specific warranty details will be listed on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later as a finance option?

Yes, we currently offer PayPal Pay in 3 on purchases from £30 - £2,000, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 interest-free payments.

We are not currently able to offer financing options for purchases over £2,000. However, we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience so we may introduce further financing options in future. Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?

For inquiries regarding large or bulk orders, please contact our customer service team directly. They'll be happy to provide you with detailed information based on your specific needs.
