Stuart was incredibly helpful from the start - he made direct contact as soon as the order was placed, providing an update on delivery timescales and checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. After viewing the specifications the Bon feu 60cm full grill sits perfectly on the cook king Saturn fire pit, c/w the two handles to lift off and throw the logs on after eating.

We received our complete outdoor kitchen perfectly on time as promised. We asked for help to make sure we assembled a small part of it and the team were very helpful. We have also asked a number of questions around the best products to use for the pizza oven and again, we were given a contact number and guidance to ensure we have everything we need. The product is stunning, a real feature in the outdoor living area, it is an excellent piece of furniture that really enhances the garden. The customer service has been outstanding and I would highly recommend the company and product without hesitation. Now to enjoy the BBQ oven, grill and pizza oven!

Oven itself is very nice. Good quality finish, aesthetically pleasing. Quick to heat up on gas, good even heat distribution and reassuring heat retention in the base. Overall very pleased

We recently ordered the Bon solo for our garden, along with some other items and are absolutely delighted with our order! The corten steel option looks great and is the perfect size for our patio space. Dealing with Stuart was a pleasure who emailed personally and kept us in the loop on the status of our order at all times. Delivery time was within 2/3 working days. Overall can’t fault the products or service from Alfresco Chic and will definitely be ordering again!

Outstanding product. The cart and pizza oven is 304 stainless steel. Perfect for outdoor weather conditions. Easily put together and all items were present. This is a top quality piece of kit. Perfect for outdoor entertaining. This is the largest oven and will cook easily for large numbers. Alfresco Chic were amazing best price and outstanding service throughout. Stuart followed upwith phone calls to check delivery was booked, then checked again to see if I had received it. A brilliant company to deal with. I will be using them again. Can't wait to fire it up.

After using a firepit on holiday, we decided to invest in one ourselves, and after searching around, we found Alfrescochic's Black Friday deal to be the best. While we were initially cautious, the excellent communication and advice from Stuart made all the difference. It quickly became clear that Alfrescochic is run by people who are passionate about what they do, rather than just a company looking to move stock.

We chose the 60cm firepit, and it's already exceeded our expectations. We've used it to cook Christmas dinner, host a New Year's party, and even enjoy spontaneous outdoor meals on the occasional dry evening. The quality is far superior to other firepits we've seen at typical retailers. We've used it so much already, and it’s not even summer yet!
