The fire pit is super, excellent quality. The customer service is amazing, questions asked were answered quickly. Delivery was exactly as stated. Honest company with clearly good customer service. A rare find and we will definitely be buying from them again.

Bought a set of Cozze outdoor kitchen units with fridge and grill. Very pleased- kitchen is perfect and highly recommended!
Service from Stuart and team at Alfresco Chic was brilliant - thankyou!

Ordered the 100cm fire pit as part of a wedding present for my daughter and son in law. Very impressed with the quality. Ordering was easy and Alfresco Chic staff were very helpful when delivery didn’t go to plan. I’d suggest you make it clear when ordering if you live on a country lane as delivery can be on a very large lorry which you wouldn’t really expect for a small item. Overall very pleased with the fire pit and will be ordering accessories in the future. I’ll probably buy a fire pit for myself and my husband as we liked this one so much.

Great product, fast delivery, exceptional customer service.
We are very happy with our product it looks fantastic, very easy to put together and feels very solid.
We will definitely be adding to our purchase and would be very happy to order again with alfresco chic. Well done guys a company that is interested in its customers not just about taking your money.

Very helpful in arranging a replacement part for my stove. Good communication and the part delivered in quick time. Very happy with the service

Not only is the fire pit amazing, the service from start to finish was excellent. I would highly recommend Alfrescochic

This was my first purchase from Alfresco Chic. I’d recommend calling them if you have doubts about what you are ordering- Stuart was super helpful pre and post purchase. Great product and quality and will definitely b buying more. Highly recommended

Very impressed with Alfresco Chic. Great customer service and constant updates on progress with my orders. The products also seem to be of good quality and hopefully will last outside for a long time. Thank you.

Very happy with this purchase, a very helpful company. Happy to have the solid lid to cover embers.

I needed my item fast
They delivered the next day morning
Excellent service
Highly recommended

Bought this as a birthday present for my husband. We have a small garden and have had a fire pit. We were fed up with all the smoke and thought the Bon Feu would be a better option. We tried it out and am so pleased with it, it generated lots of heat and the smoke was directed upwards out of the chimney. A great purchase!

Great communication throughout and everything delivered without a hitch. What makes it even easier is clear and quick communication.

I ordered a fire bowl with a grill and plancha for my husbands birthday. We've been looking for one for some time and this one is perfect. Large enough to be able to cook for a proper party. A really lovely and simple design. Super well made. It's perfect. I have to say the customer service was some of the best I've come across as well. So helpful in answering questions. When I made a mistake in my order they picked it up and got in touch with me so that I could correct it and when I needed to delay delivery because we were away they helped me there too. I would highly recommend both the product and Alfresco Chic. Brilliant

I’m very pleased with this grill, it’s a quality addition to our outdoor kitchen. I was kept up to date with delivery to Scotland, which was prompt considering the distance, with a follow up email to ensure it had arrived in good condition. Excellent products and service from Alfresco Chic, five stars.

This fire pit is perfect, it’s made from high quality materials and the craftsmanship is excellent. Just the right size and looks great when not being used. Highly recommend.
