The Cozze Outdoor Kitchen range is built from individual units with stainless steel worktops, most on wheels, so you can build a run along a wall and then move it when the patio has another job to do.
Buy one or two to work alongside a setup you already have, or build a full kitchen from them; the Cozze Elements range is the alternative if you want a fuller, fixed kitchen. A corner table turns a straight run through 90 degrees into an L-shape.
Units built for a grill or a pizza oven
The logical place to start is the unit specifically built to carry your cooking equipment.
The grill unit carries a Cozze Plancha or Combo grill at a comfortable cooking height, with two doors, six hooks for accessories and enclosed storage underneath. It is built around the Cozze grills specifically rather than being a general barbecue base, so an existing barbecue is unlikely to fit. If you were planning to incorporate an existing grill, send us the model and dimensions and we will check before you order.
The pizza oven unit stands taller than the rest of the range, which puts the oven at a height where stretching dough and launching pizzas stays comfortable rather than becoming a stoop. It suits the Cozze countertop ovens well. A full-size pizza oven is a different proposition on weight and footprint, so contact the team first if you are planning to incorporate a larger pizza oven into your set-up.
Worktop and storage units
These are what the rest of the run is typically built from. They come in a range of widths, from compact units that suit a balcony or small terrace, to longer units which provide additional workspace and storage. Most units have enclosed storage underneath with a gas bottle holder and hooks for tools. The 120 is the most popular choice, providing ample space for prep and storage, without overwhelming the space.
There is an open-frame version, which keeps the storage space underneath but leaves it open rather than behind doors, one with a sink and tap set into the worktop so you can rinse produce and clear up without going back indoors, and a corner table for turning a run. The corner table sits on adjustable legs rather than wheels, so it is the fixed point the rest of the run works around.
Building a run
The prep and storage units share a working height so they sit flush against each other, and the units built to carry a grill or a pizza oven sit at their own heights. Nothing bolts together, so you can rearrange the layout whenever you want to, and the wheels mean a unit that lives against a wall in winter can come out onto the terrace in summer.
Delivery is free on every Cozze order, whatever the value. If you would like help working out which units suit your space, contact the team and we will talk it through.
