We recently made a little garden from an overgrown patch of brambles behind our coal shed. We love being outside,
weather allowing as we are in Northumberland, and went to find a fire-pit for the chilly autumn evenings.
The Bonfeu Bonbono popped up on the Alfresco Chic website and just looked the part. Perfect… and it works brilliantly….a good size that can hold lots of logs, has a big door, so its easy to light and clean and the stovepipe looks cute and carries the smoke away so you can sit close without smoke in your eyes. We love it. I ordered an accessory that we didn’t need and was able to return it with no hassle at all. The customer service at Alfresco Chic was excellent throughout 😀

We had been looking for an 80mm diameter grill grate for our fire pit to use it as an extra large cooking area. We did try a company which we were let down. So we went back online and searched and after alot of looking found this site. Without delay phoned and spoke to someone and explained what we were looking for. The person we spoke to was very friendly and helpful which made it a pleasure to deal with. They solved our problem very quickly as we needed this by a certain date for a function. The grill grate arrived about 3 days before the stated date which was so great. We opened the packaging and were absolutely thrilled with the product and worked perfectly.
The service provided was exemplary we will definitely use this company again.

Putting it together is quite a lot of work I have to say but not much can be done about that. The fridge looks different to the pictures and not as premium but the team at Alfresco Chic helped to rectify that nice and quickly.

This 80cm fire pit with some extra bits to go with it was really well made and looks fantastic in my garden really pleased with the delivery service and the customer service with a question was very fast to respond so really pleased with everything.

We had been looking for an outdoor kitchen for a while, when we saw the product on Alfresco Chic’s website we had to have it. Delivery was very quick and the driver was very friendly, he helped lift the unit into our garden which we would have struggled with if he hadn’t.
Stuart has been brilliant at replying to any questions and queries, as well as letting us know when the unit would be delivered.
The BBQ is solid, it’s really good quality thick steel. You can see it’s built to last. We haven’t stopped using it! I’m sure it will last for many years.

⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I bought the Katherine Wheel BBQ and the add-ons from @AlfrescoChic for my husband, and being totally honest, I wasn’t sold on it at first. To me it looked like a medieval torture device! 🤣
But I can truly say, now it is in our garden and looking at the amazing workmanship that’s gone into it, I’m totally smitten with it! It looks fantastic with the style of our garden and blends in beautifully.
Stuart was reassuring and honest when I became anxious about the delayed delivery (What was I expecting in the middle of a heatwave!) I was kept up to date by email and although slightly delayed, it actually arrived earlier than I expected!
