The grill is well made and works perfectly with the Bon Feu fire pit
The fire pit is super, excellent quality. The customer service is amazing, questions asked were answered quickly. Delivery was exactly as stated. Honest company with clearly good customer service. A rare find and we will definitely be buying from them again.
I was very pleased to receive my cocoon burner. I had requested it to be here by a certain date and it certainly was.
On first use it is good although it doesn’t give off as much heat as I had hoped.
I did struggle to keep the flames at a decent level, having to leave them basically on high,, when I would’ve referred it slightly lower, but still giving off a nice glow.
I was rather shocked with the amount of gas it did use.
Bought a set of Cozze outdoor kitchen units with fridge and grill. Very pleased- kitchen is perfect and highly recommended!
Service from Stuart and team at Alfresco Chic was brilliant - thankyou!
Ordered the 100cm fire pit as part of a wedding present for my daughter and son in law. Very impressed with the quality. Ordering was easy and Alfresco Chic staff were very helpful when delivery didn’t go to plan. I’d suggest you make it clear when ordering if you live on a country lane as delivery can be on a very large lorry which you wouldn’t really expect for a small item. Overall very pleased with the fire pit and will be ordering accessories in the future. I’ll probably buy a fire pit for myself and my husband as we liked this one so much.
