Cozze Pizza Ovens & Grills

Cozze make pizza ovens and grills designed to work with their outdoor kitchen units, or on their own on any stable, heat-resistant surface. They are practical, well-priced pieces of equipment for easy, hassle free outdoor cooking.

Cozze pizza ovens

The pizza ovens are countertop models available in gas or electric, and in several sizes, so you can choose by the size of pizza you want to turn out and by how much space you have. The gas models run off a standard LPG bottle, while the electric models plug in to a standard plug socket, which makes them worth considering for a terrace or balcony where gas just isn’t practical. The gas models reach temperature in about fifteen minutes, while the electric models take around twenty-five minutes, and both hold temperature steadily, with a Cordierite pizza stone that gives the base its heat.

They suit anyone who wants to make proper pizza at home without a large oven to house. A full sized dome pizza oven is a different experience, and if that is what you are after, our pizza ovens collection covers Fontana, Clementi, Igneus and the Adezz Forno dome.

Cozze grills

The grills run from compact countertop models up to the Combo 900 and Quattro 900, which are built to sit on a Cozze Elements grill unit. Many models combine grilling with plancha cooking, with an enamelled cast iron plancha, and feature an infrared burner for searing steaks or other meats. The smaller models cover gas and electric, with non-stick or cast iron cooking surfaces on the plancha models.

Cozze pizza oven and grill FAQs

What size pizza will a Cozze oven take?

It depends on the model. The ovens come in several sizes and the stone size is given on each product page, so check there against the size of pizza you want to make.

Do these need any maintenance?

Some basic maintenance, and it is important to follow it. The manual supplied with the oven or grill sets it out. In general, let the unit cool before cleaning, keep the burner clear, and store it dry or covered when it is not in use.

Can I use a Cozze oven on any table?

Use a stable, heat-resistant surface. The Outdoor Kitchen 60 for Pizza Oven raises the oven to a comfortable working height for stretching dough and launching pizzas.
