Barbecook Wood-Fired BBQs & Asado Grills

Barbecook has been designing live-fire cooking since 1985, bringing Belgian flair to the garden with sculptural pieces in weathering Corten steel that look as good as they cook. The idea has always been a simple one: create good times and bring people together around the fire, whatever the season or the occasion.

The Barbecook range

Pedro Asado BBQ

The Pedro is Barbecook’s take on the asado grill: open-fire cooking in a striking Corten steel frame, with ember grills, smoking hooks and fire stones to extend what it can do. Browse more open-fire cookers in our asado grills collection.

Nestor BBQ

The Nestor Original and larger Nestor Island are wood-fired barbecues built around a generous Corten fire bowl, with a rotisserie set, side tables and stainless cover plate available to build your ideal setup. See how they compare with our other wood-fired barbecues.

Buddy Workstation

The Buddy workstation adds Corten steel prep and serving space alongside your grill, keeping boards, tools and drinks within arm’s reach of the fire. It is also where the range starts to come together: pair a Pedro with a Buddy on one side and a Nestor on the other and you move from a single fire to a full outdoor kitchen. Use each piece on its own, or build out a setup as large as your space and cooking allow.

Dynamic Centre

The Dynamic Centre is Barbecook’s modular cooking hub and one of the range’s most popular pieces. An elevated grill takes a sear grate, wok and Dutch oven holders and even a pizza oven attachment, so one fire handles everything from searing to baking. Best of all it is genuinely versatile: raise the grill to smoke food gently over a low heat, or drop it down for fast, fierce grilling and searing, all on the same setup.

Barbecook accessories

From premium covers for the Pedro and Nestor to skewer holders and bamboo cutting boards, the full range of Barbecook accessories is here to complete your setup.
